The Happiest Place on Earth, Age 21

Remember Disneyland when you were a kid? the wonderment, the thrills, the love? Well I recently returned from Disneyland, I haden't been there since I was 11 and 10 years later I ventured back to the Happiest place on earth, and it was everything I could have ever hoped for and so much more. Well it wasn't THAT amazing but still great, anyway I didn't care that I was the oldest one waiting in line to see the characters I needed to get as many Photos as possible.

Here me a Winne the Pooh chuckle over the fact that he's single handedly responsible for the rise of digustingly obese children in the United States with his hedonistic portrayel of endorsing NON-FDA approved suger diets.

I was just walking to Frontier Land to catch a Ferry to Tom Sawyer Island when all of the sudden...

So after waiting what seemed like hours to finally get my chance to pose with Goofy, It's finally my turn and I'm like "GooF! my man, let's do 'The Perfect Cast' like from your movie" and he has absolutely no idea what I'm talking about and just does the classic disney character bounce and pretend to laugh by putting his hand up to his mouth. But I was serious, and before some other little snot nosed brat could get him to sign his autograph book I was just like "Put your arm out like this stupid!"... but seriously the dude in the suit hadn't even seen "A Goofy Movie" C'mon!

Talk about build-up, after walking through the 4 dozen rooms in Micky's house I finally end up in micky's theater room where you wait in ANOTHER line while small groups go in a see the most celebrated vermin in the free world. Well after sitting through "Steamboat Wille" for the tenth time it's finally my turn and I walk in and there he is... MICKY!!! wow talk about a let down, I felt like the kid in A Christmas Story, I just walk in the room someone takes my camera and tells me to stand next to micky (whos like 5 foot nothing) and takes a quick snap shot then tells me the exit is behind me... it was a little sad :(

OH YES When I saw my chance to pose with Ariel I definitely took it! after pushing a bunch of 5 year old girls out of my way, there I am, just me and the sultiest of all disney princesses, but I just can't spit out any pick-up lines, Lauren (who's taking our picture) shouts out "you should give him a little kiss" I'm thinking "yes, since I'm not acting like a weirdo by asking her myself I'm totally going to get one" but without a single millisecond of hesitation she busts out in the most collected and sweetest of disney voices "Now I don't think Prince Erik would be to happy about that, now do you?" and I looked right at her and said "WELL I DON'T THINK PRINCE ERIK IS TOO STOKED THAT YOU STILL HAVE A TAIL BITCH!!!" okay maybe I really just smiled and took a nice picture but I definitely thought it :)
